Staff is great, food is great and the entertainment us wonderful! Very fast service
I wish I could post a more positive review but, in all fairness, I really can't. I love that Holdrege has a bowling alley. And I'm told that it's got new management now. But a few months ago, roughly September 2017, I was in there twice within about a week. Once the woman who took care of us was very bright and bubbly and knew her job. This made our decision easy when we wanted to go somewhere about a week later. The second time, a different woman waited on us. She had a chip on her shoulder, she acted like she was doing us the favor. She did not know how to make my drink, said she had to look it up in the book, and then wound up forgetting the order completely. We had to go back up to ask about it

Food is good. Service is average. Under new ownership. Hopefully they will work on improving their establishment. Starting with fresh food ingredients and consistency with food. Atmosphere needs improvement also.
