There are some workers within the job that tend to be nasty to their own employees, thus giving an unwelcoming air to the workplace. If one is in the workplace, should it not be commonplace to treat those working around you with some sort of decency and respect? There are some individuals that work at the establishment that are bullied by other workers and no one seem to bat an eye to rude behaviours. This is very unethical in the workplace and I do not understand how it is tolerated. It's very unprofessional to act catty and childish with a vindictive mindset. No one likes the "mean girl" stereotype in the workplace.
The one thing I can say is that they do treat the elderly that live there with much respect and kindness. However, that being said, the negatives much outweigh the positives. I suggest looking elsewhere if you wish to work in a nursing establishment.

Also from things I have heard, the boss has complete disregard of workers who have worked there for long, extended periods of time. (Extended years as in over 2 years or more) They have a tendency to cut long time worker's hours while giving these said hours to teens/high schoolers because they are the "cheaper" option. Because in the workplace, people have the impression that teens are VERY expendable and disposable. Which is a bit true due to how fickle they can be in the workplace environment. That being said, it is not morally sound to cut the hours of long time workers who have worked there for longer than the average teen.
