Honeslty one of the most unorganized Sonics I have been to. First of all it's 11am and we had to sit and wait 20 min before our order was taken. Secondly, the carhop asked there will be anything else and I said yes, she then proceeded to say the total and promptly disconnected before we were done ordering. We had to wait another 10 min before being able to finish our order. After 30 min our order was finally placed. My 6 year old son needed to use the restroom and the doors were locked. Why were the doors still locked at lunch? It was very obvious they are short staffed or poorly scheduled. Either way, maybe schedule more people on a Friday lunch. The gentleman who brought our food out was nice, but obviosuly feeling rushed and stressed. Sonic use to be our go to place when passing through town, but now we'll wait until we get to Kearney.
They don't listen when placing your COOKED order ready. They can repeat it fine after the 3-5th time but need a new speaker system to get things right like McDonald's have!!
Always slow, forgetting things, not giving receipts, stuff is broken. Needs an update. Crew is nice at least.
The staff are always kind and helpful, food is enjoyable and always appreciate their outdoor decorations during the different seasons.
It is unfortunate that I have had to edit my review. The gal taking my order was guessing what we were ordering to the point that she ended the order after only one item. They keep the bathroom doors locked. After getting in I can see why. It is utterly disgusting. They can't even be bothers to fix a toilet paper holder. This place has gone down hill horriobly. It is one thing to forget my mints or even my napkins but when you forget the condiments that you make me pay for that's a big deal. I wonder what I would have to do, at this Sonic, to get my whole Coney covered in chili. The onion rings were incorrectly battered and my wifes had hair in them. I'm not really sure what else could have gone wrong with the Sonic. I have zero and sensitive to ever come back.
