Nice room,excellent staff, food could use some help.
This used to be a nice place to stay when it was a Super 8. I would stay there about twice a month on business. Super 8 would work with me and give me a great rate. Roadway socked me 110.00 bucks,Holdrege Ne in the middle of January. Also was much cleaner as a Super 8. Since they switched to Roadway their standards have really fallen off. Now when I need to stay in Holdrege, I drive the extra 20 miles south to Alma and stay at a really nice Super 8. Last stay I payed 76 bucks for a really nice clean King single. Never again Roadway!
Walked into the room and it seemed horribly musty. The A.C. needed cleaned badly. They got me a dehumidifier which helped but the front desk lady admitted that the room always smells bad. Seems like they should get it fixed. It was quiet which was nice, their fitness center is two bikes, their breakfast is very limited. I do not plan to stay there again.

You get what you pay for. Room smelled horrible when I first arrived. Every pillow was nothing but lumps. Cable TV with HBO, but it was full of static. Free breakfast, but very minimal - cereal, a waffle maker, or crunchy biscuits and gravy. I might stay again if I were in a pinch, but only if that were the case.
