I had a pending divorce, and Fye law office suddenly dropped my case due to an attorney leaving the firm. They offered no assistance in continuing my case. THEY ARE HORRIBLE, AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF THEIR CLIENTS. I will not use this firm EVER again, and strongly suggest that no one else does. They do not care about their clients.
The Legal help was very good, in a potential separation with my spouse. After my Spouse and I reconciled, it Seemed our Attorney was upset about the reconciliation which I see as the goal in any marriage. After which I was told it would be 3 weeks to issue a refund of the remainder of the Retainer. It was much longer as We signed the case closing on the 14th and so it got kicked to the next month. Then the Attorney Principal was out of the office due to surgery on the 15th and apparently financial transactions were not attended to in advance, nor was anyone else authorized to transact. Now more than a week after the transaction was to be completed and truly 5 weeks after the case was closed, I'm being given a run around every time I try to reach an answer. All I am asking is for a refund of the legal fees not incurred. Whats so hard about that. 4 out of 5 stars for Legal Prowess, 0 out of 5 stars for customer service.
